The morning of a typical 17 year old in today's world looks a little like this
- Wake up check twitter and retweet my friends tweet about having no food in the house
- Get out of bed and post a pic #iwokeuplikethis
- Get get dressed for work while posting a tweet about how much you hate your job then sending a snapchat to your best friend of you in your uniform with the caption "FML"
Not Nick D'Aloisio , when Nick was 17 (Now 18) he turned heads all over the tech world when it was announced that he was selling his mobile news app Summly to Yahoo for a reported $30 Million Dollars. Now selling an app for 30 million dollars would be impressive for anyone but when you add that he still had a year and a half left of high school it shows you how amazing this accomplishment really was.So does this mean that at 17, Nick retires and never works again a full 44 years before average person in the US? No part of the deal he negotiated was to be able to work from Yahoo's London office . Moral of the story learn how to make apps.
